Your Vagina and You

As an RN with over 20 years of experience in women’s health, and the self-proclaimed Vagina Whisperer, I know a lot about vaginas.

And as a woman who plans on using her own vagina for pleasure for years to come I’ve researched and written some very down-to-earth posts to help my readers know how to keep their lady parts firm, fit, and ready for action. If you have any personal questions about your lady parts please don’t hesitate to write me at chloe@chloejeffreys dot com. If I don’t know the answer I’m sure I can find you someone who will.

Today I’m going to discuss this decision with you, indepth and personal. I’m going to talk about things that you might not want or need to know. That’s okay. Come back another time. ******** It is estimated that 30-40% […]

First of all: Have a Million Billion Bucks. ******** This last month or so has been a dizzying round of doctors’ appointments. I’m beginning to think that maybe my warranty is about to expire. Two weeks ago, I had to see the skin doctor because I had this strange bump on my face that wouldn’t […]

The first time I wet my pants was right after my son was born. Those ten pounds of bouncing baby boy passing through my tiny lady parts left me joyful, exhausted, and occasionally incontinent of urine. (You can find my son’s birth story here.) Fortunately, I was young and healthy, and I healed. Mostly. As I […]
